Scott arrived early for my weekend appointment. When he arrived at my house, I showed him the issue and the parts that need to be replaced. I asked him several questions regarding maintenance on other parts and he provided valuable information that will save me money and also keep my car in good shape. He worked nonstop even though it's hot outside. The estimated duration for the job is 5.5 hours but he completed everything in only 4.5 hours! That includes the test drive, sweeping and washing my garage floor. Scott also showed me the defect on the water pump as well as the parts that he replaced. After the appointment, he provided a very detailed report of the service with pictures and voice notes. I will definitely book Scott the next time my car needs to be serviced. I highly highly recommend Scott.

Appt was between 9:45 AM - 10:15 AM. Benji reached out like a true pro and advised. He showed up and listened to what I stated. Looked and within minutes made a recommendation. While there had only been two pairs of hands that had worked on my car in the past 10 years, after understanding more of his qualifications I decided to move forward. Within minutes he had an accurate diagnosis for the repair. He was extremely thorough in that procedure and let me know what this consisted of. I'm not easy to deal with all the time because I require details and some people do not have good communication skills. This is the reason why I service my own vehicles as much as possible - zero patience for anything else. Benji has excellent communication, good interpersonal skills and showed patience. I had a good experience with him and when YourMechanic adjusts my account accordingly I'll be more than happy to reach out and ask him if he wouldn't mind servicing my vehicle. This guy is good. Let's see if his team has those qualities as he stated it would a different tech to conduct the service. Though wished it would be him. He's the man!
