This is the second time Brandon has worked on my car and I highly recommend him. Not only is he very knowledgeable but very professional and polite. He determined I needed a new battery and unlike what I believe most mechanics would have done and just told me I would have to schedule another appointment for him to bring a battery out (my appointment was just for an inspection so he did not have one with him) he ran me up to the store to purchase one, returned and installed it in my jeep. Not only did that save me money but saved me the wait and aggravation. He went above and beyond the call of duty the last time too. If I need yourMechanic again I will definitely request Brandon. I may begin using him for routine services instead of taking it to the shop, it certainly would be quicker and more convenient. I have already emailed some friends to relay my experience and recommend him.

Ibrahim was super professional. Arrived right on time. Diagnosed the problem I thought I had --needing a new starter-- and it was not the issue. It was my battery which was more than flat and i had not been able to jumpstart. He managed to rejumpstart it, waited to give it a charge enabling me to drive the car. He provided suggestions to avoid the problem next time (e.g. if I need to go out of town for an extended time.) He was very curteous too. A pro on all fronts.

He was on time, personable & professional. He found the problem quickly, the last "Your Mechanic" repairman that replaced my battery terminals last week did not wrap one of the wires connecting to the new terminal nor removed the corrosion from it. Today's mechanic spotted the problem quickly. I did not select "expert & goes above & beyond" on the survey below bc he found the problem so quickly & I honestly didn't get to experience either of those with Jean. The wire going into the terminal was not even connected, it was just laying against it. He corrected the problem & test drove the jeep. He didn't tell me to leave it running for 30 min like the last repairman so I didn't. It cranked right up this evening & drove fine. I think that was the answer to the problem. I expect there to be no charge at all for today's service bc the only reason Your Mechanic had to send a repairman out today was because the repairman you sent last week did not complete the job of replacing the terminals, one wire was not connected to the new terminal. The repairman last week, as was this one today was very nice & polite. I'm not sure why that terminal was not corrected correctly but glad it's finally fixed - I hope. Thank you.
