Chris is punctual to keep his appointment. He is sincere and hard working. Apparently, Chris did a good job in repairing the brake, but I need more time to assess the work quality (this is a Warrenty job and last two times the repair were unsuccessful, apparently, due failure of the second hand brake cylinder used by the company, YourMechanic).

Genaro is prepared, punctual, knowledgeable, experienced and capable. He has worked on my car several times now, and even when yourmechanic.com gave him the wrong part (not his fault-- the alternator plug was wrong), he went out of his way to communicate with me as far as scheduling to come back the next day (it was already after 4pm, so there wasn't any more that could be done the same day). He is receptive to what I tell him I think is going on with the car, but I am grateful that he always uses his own judgement and doesn't take my anecdotes as evidence. He was knowledgeable and quickly performed the work. He didn't do an inspection that I didn't need, I needed the drivers door handle which I requested, they send him without the part and do an inspection. Already knew what was necessary, this was to be an unnecessary additional charge.
