First time I've used YourMechanic, and James was better than expected. He met me at a dealer for a used car pre-purchase inspection, even arriving early. He was thorough, reviewed the Carfax, inspected the car inside and out, checked the codes, made sure all the accessories worked, and when the dealer put the car on a lift James checked it out while pointing out what he was checking for and his thoughts on it. He also offered suggestions on how to care for the car moving forward. All in all I was very pleased with James and would not hesitate to use his services again.
