Luis arrived to he appointment on time. He diagnosed the probelm with my car and provided an estimate for repairs. He replaced all my spark plugs (which was a difficult task since they had never been replaced before and were pretty rusted and hard to remove) and ignition coil. I would definitely book another appointment with Luis when any other issues come up.
