How have I not found out about this service sooner? I've been so crazy busy lately and my car has fallen down on my list of priorities so to be able to come home and have someone fix my car while I get chores and dinner done, is amazing. Casey was really great. He didn't try to sell me anything. He left some feedback that I'll definitely look into but I appreciate he didn't try to push any sales. Very nice and did a great job. I'm very happy with Fernando and Your mechanic. I plan on being a repeat customer and getting service for the items needing maintenance. I've had many disappointing experiences with shops and other mobile mechanic. In fact the reason for this service call was because the previous mobile mechanic that replaced my alternator in September didn't do quality work. In 2 1/2 months the alternator was loose. I'm very satisfied with the over all report, thorough and easy to understand.

I wasn't able to be onsite for the alternator replacement, however Rich was able to get everything done pretty quickly and communicated well as to the diagnosis and timeline (arrived, working on it, fixed). Many thanks to him!! Without his help, we wouldn't have a working vehicle!!

Rich came out as scheduled, even though I wasn't able to be present (left the key with a family member. He diagnosed the car and fixed what he could at the time (battery). I'll be trying to schedule again soon for an alternator..thank you!
