All of this Your Mechanic stuff is great on paper. What makes it work in real life is people like James. He was the face of the company and he was five stars. Nice young man, who was clean, polite, efficient and even a good conversationalist and teacher of things car-related. The convenience factor cannot be overstated; this was easy, clean and quick. Will be using Your Mechanic for my other two cars this week. It eliminates the nuisance of getting an oil change.
