Robert did a great job, I was very pleased with his professionalism and his service. I don't particularly like the business model. I had alerted you earlier to the fact that the battery was dead. I didn't need an expert to tell me that. I would have thought that you all would have sent a replacement battery with him in case I wanted to replace. You lost an opportunity and a sale there. I immediately took my vehicle in to the dealer and am getting a new battery, plus getting the other minor issues I needed to address fixed. So, I won't be using your services. But, that has nothing at all to do with Robert. He was great.

James was very courteous the day we scheduled for service it rains and he calls to reschedule for the next available time,which is the next day. He showed up early and quickly got the job done. My engine light had been on since I bought the car a month ago and was overheating he corrected the issue and checked out my car's overall health and recommended services to get it in top shape.
