I was very satisfied with Chuy's service. I requested to change the car's battery, he arrived on time. However, he brought incompatible battery for my car (even though the battery that he brought is the one that I ordered based on the website's recommendation). Chuy then returned to pick the correct one and then changed my battery very quickly. I'm so glad I chose this service and Chuy as the mechanic. Excellent job!

Very professional, friendly and very honest. Doesn't charge you for extra parts/services if you really don't need them. Saved me almost $200 on a part the estimate said I needed, but he ended up not needing it, it just needed the missing screws. He explained everything clearly and pointed out some things I didn't know. I'd definitely use him again.

Tyler did good work. Be was friendly and courteous. BUT...Even though he texted me 20 minutes before my appointment time to tell me that he was on his way, he was 1 hour and 15 minutes late. Maybe there were legitimate traffic problems, but in the 1:35 between his initial text and his arrival, I should have received updates on ETA.

Tongsen arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment time! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough.
