Kyle was very professional. He was on time and very accommodating. Under the circumstances (rain), he had to work on my car in a garage on a very hot day, and he was completely fine with it. There was also a part that wasn't quite right, and he had no problem running to a local hardware store to get the job done that day and done right. Because it took a little longer than expected with the addition part that needed to be purchased (with no additional cost to me), I had to run to another appointment. My mom finished the rest of the engagement and Kyle was again, very understanding and accommodating. The entire experience was a great one, which is a bonus on top of saving a ton of money that I would have had to have spent at a regular mechanics shop!

Sam not only has a great and out going personality, but he greeted and treated me as if I were one of his special and steady clients. On the day of our meeting, Sam arrived on time, spent some moments reviewing the problem, examined the engine and the parts I had purchased, then with his CAN-DO attitude and cheerful personality, Sam jumped into the physical work. As with any older mechanical motor, there are always surprises requiring strategy changes and innovations to complete a job. It was really a pleasure to watch a pro like Sam keep his out-going personality, his smile, and his CAN-DO attitude as he worked through each situation.
