Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. I called for a check-engine light on our aging MLS 320. A problem it turns out only the dealership can fix. Nonetheless, Rocco was able to give me the litany of issues AND the order of priority. Now I can go to the dealership with all the knowledge I need to be in control. And when they fix the major issue, I'm calling Rocco back to fix the rest of the problems. Overall, great experience with Rocco and the service.
