Jay was fantastic. Unfortunately he was given the wrong parts for the job. The proper oil filter was driven out to him to only have the incorrect part delivered again. Although it was not to big of a problem, it could have been as the job took over two hours. Better quality control with parts distribution would have made this an excellent service.

Marco was an excellent mechanic. He was very friendly and personable. He was very honest and could have sold me more services but found that we had left on a light and just charged up the battery. Marco took his time and did not rush off. He fully charged the batter for 20 minutes and waited 10 more minutes to see that the charge stayed in the battery. I enjoyed his conversation and he was patient with my wife and I.

Jamie is a master at his craft he was able to diagnose the problem and locate the leak. I thought I needed a radiator hose but was actually another hose. He made sure he got it fixed and got me on the road again asap. Definitely went above and beyond for me and am sure that's just his everyday work ethic.
