I used this app to get a mechanic to look at a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS as a pre-purchase inspection. Michael was not only on time but early, very kind, he was efficient and did a great job looking at everything on his checklist. I appreciate that this app asks mechanics to take pictures and voice notes. It was the last of three inspections I had done on used cars, and the first one I was able to be there for. Unfortunately the car wasn't up to par. But Michael did a great job and I appreciate his help tremendously.

Jessie arrived on-time. She told me that the parts provided her were incorrect for my car. When Keven "inspected' the car to determine what was wrong with the driver's side window apparently he did not note that this car did NOT have power windows. Jessie, however, took the door panel off something that was NOT done at time of initial inspection) and noted the mechanism which raises and lowers the window did need replacing. She found correct parts 25 miles away, went to another scheduled job and then returned at 7:00 pm with the correct parts and fixed the window. to me this is WAY above normal service by any mechanic.

Joe was awesome he went over and above to get me back on the road! If i could give him higher than a 5 i would. I had a bad experience with customer service which really put me in a bind and hecwas able to salvage that experience and then some!
