Jose was kind enough to take my appointment when the machanic I booked was unable to come. He was two hours early and I almost missed him because I was out but I got home just in time. Normally being that early for an appointment would not have worked for me as my time is planned out but I understand that he wasn't supposed to be working that day so probably wanted to get it over with. He worked efficiently and well.
