Alex was very professional, it took a while to grab the parts and get to work. He walked extra mile to get things done, as my car was driven in east coast roads, all bolts were rusty and very difficult to take them out. Arrived on time .Very honest and nice person to talk to. I was told by dealer and other mechanics that my MDX Rack is worn out. However Adam said that he will check it and will replace it ONLY if he thinks it needs to be replaced. He check the rack and advised that I need not change the rack. Adjusted my quote accordingly .
