Hey Corey, this is Tina Wilson. My sister told me you had good instructions on how to keep my AC cooling consistently. I did today exactly what you said to do. I turned off the A/C before turning the engine off like she told me. I drove to the dr office and cut the AC off before I turned off the engine. Got back in the car after my Dr appointment and it started cooling as we accelerated but as soon as we stopped at a red light it started getting warmer. Then cooled down when we accelerated. Then we went to Wendy’s and while waiting and idling it got hotter and hotter and never got cool again until I was almost at my house. I am so frustrated because first I paid $296 just to book the appointment. I paid $3449.00 for the replacement of the condenser and compressor, new brake pads and replacement of a bolt holding the engine in place. I have asked on several occasions for a breakdown or itemization of the cost of each problem Chris fixed. I get an invoice that lists all the repairs but only a full amount of $3449.00, only for the same problems to exist and then they charged my debit card another $119.00. Then on July 9 I was charged $176.58 two times. My credit card company says one is a charge and one is a return but it looks like two charges. I know you don’t deal with the money but I am so sad that I paid all that money and still kept being charged for everytime you or Chris came out here and my AC problem is doing the exact same thing as before I called YourMechanic. I was so excited because after you explained to my sister what to do to avoid this issue I thought finally my problem has been resolved. The reason I’m telling you this instead of customer service/warranty because they kept saying every time you and Chris came here y’all told YourMechanic there is nothing wrong. If somebody doesn’t do something from YourMechanic to fix my problem I’m going to WSOC-TV’s Jason Stoogenke and maybe he can get more results than I have been able to get. I am not trying to threaten anyone but I’m on a fixed income. It seems your company is a scam. I hate to say that but nobody has made me feel any differently. I’m telling you all this because my sister felt on Saturday that you appeared to know what you were talking about and she is a tough nut to crack. She had faith on Saturday that the problem had been fixed as well as I did. Please see if you can do something, anything that will help get the problem fixed. Thank you.
