Chuy is very personable. Despite being over 2 1/2 hours late (due to rainy weather - NOT Chuys fault) he was still pleasant. He was helpful and knowledgeable. I'd give a 5 star rating if the service wasn't so expensive. My car works and I am VERY happy!
