It was a crisp Feb. Morning, the birds were chirping, the air was fresh. Each of God's little creatures toiling about, everything so alive, except for the camshaft synchronization sensor on my 2005 Kia Sedona. Timothy showed up at the scheduled time, tools in hand. Scott’s inspection was very detailed and complete. Since I have been repairing automobile engines for over 60 years, I know what a complete inspection includes. I had previously looked at the same set of issues in attempting to find the source of my erratic gremlin. Scott identified several issues, however he agreed that he has not solved my gremlin issue. My 2000 Oldsmobile Bravada starts reliably 80 percent of the time . The other 20 percent of the time on a seemingly random basis the engine turns over but will not start. Their company is reviewing sending an alternate mechanic.

My truck is like my child and I don't trust anyone really to be left alone with it whether it's under the hood or driving down the road, but with Joe's perfectionism and knowledge and patience with me as a customer that I would trust to handle anything to do with my 4runner without hesitation. He is very respectful, considerate, and very clean as a mechanic. Matthew was great. He texted me an hour before to let me know about when he would arrive. I talked to him about my radiator issue and he got to work. After he had replaced the radiator, he showed me the old one and where it was cracked. He let me know that the hoses were still fine and that he would take them off the quote and return them to the parts store. Before he left, he talked about what to look for in the morning regarding fluid levels (after the car had time to sit and cool overnight). He also let me know that if I noticed anything unusual to contact him. I would gladly use his services again.

Alex installed a new battery, checked for potential sources of parasitic battery drain, performed an overall inspection and gave me his advice on any potential safety/maintenance hazards from his inspection.
