It's easy to hire someone to change out a part or fix a specific issue, but what makes a real mechanic is being able to see whats really going on, trouble shoot it, fix what need to be fixed. Chris showed up early, installed a the part I needed, and then was able to find and fix a major issue with my electrical system within an hour.

I am not sure how to respond to this. His heart was in the right place in going the extra yard to research my car’s issue. Unfortunately, it did not work out and it cost me an additional service fee. After consulting with a dealer and another mechanic, my original suspicions are going to be repaired. It is going to cost me to tow it there, I feel better about getting it done. This service appears to be good for most situations where towing is just another expense. Unfortunately in this case it appears to be an expense I have to absorb. Trevor is professional and explains his findings well.
