Daniel was very friendly and professional. My car was stuck in snow/ice for a week. It was starting but could not go forward or reverse. Daniel scanned the car to make sure there are no technical faults, checked the fluid levels to see everything is fine. He then purchased a rope, tagged my car to his SUV and pulled the car tactfully out of the snow/ice. I never realized snow/ice could stick the car to the ground so firmly. Saved a lot of my time! All this in spite of a good snow day!
