Great experience ! Chris arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment and was very personable. He asked a number of questions regarding the car's service history before he began to review the various diagnostic codes from his scanner. After reviewing the various codes, he recommended the replacement of an existing part ( on order ) that will address the issue with the traction control warning light coming on . Chris is very knowledgeable, stayed on task and came across as being vey trustworthy.
