Daniel was courteous and professional. He called me earlier in the day due to another client cancelling and offered me their time slot. I appreciated the offer but couldn't make it work. He was friendly and stuck with the original appointment time. He completed the work quickly and efficiently and even took a few minutes to discuss issues that I'm having with my mothers brakes. I normally do all my own maintenance but did not want to tackle this project myself. Communication was great and Jim showed up early. It was raining so he ended up working at the end of my driveway under a tree, lol. He quickly and cleanly replaced front brake pads and rotors and was here and gone in less than 90 minutes.
