Luis is the real deal. Went above and beyond to get my car up and running in cold temps. Assessed the problem, found a solution and executed the repair. Great customer service and a very nice person with a keen understanding of auto repair.

Luis was on time, professional, and quick. Worked in the cold without complaint. He was quick to identify the issues with the car and fix them. We will be using this service again for all of our vehicles hopefully with Luis.

Truly a great experience. Arrived on time. Knocked out the work fast. Got the car up and running again. None of the garbage upsell stuff you have to deal with at a dealership. Less overhead for them equals you paying less than a local shop and especially a dealership. If you’re like my wife and a little skeptical do not pay. He clearly knows what he’s doing and did a great job.

Arrived before scheduled time which was great. Very knowledgeable and accurately diagnosed no start no crank issue on my 2010 Camry le 4 cyl. I highly recommend Louise any time you have any car issues. (Diagnos was blown alternator fusible link 120 amp fuse which was very difficult to remove because it was bolted down with 2 screws . Louise didn’t waste any time on anything except straight to the problem area.

Luis came out and replaced a Valve cover gasket and flushed the braking system fluids. When I booked the appointment the previous mechanic said I said I should replace the serpentine belt as well. Luis said that wasn't nesscessary as it was still new looking and had logos on it.
