Mitchel was ahead of time and even though the weather was very iffy, he came ready to work no mater what. i had my window regulator changed (again). Mitchel did it both times on my SUV, and did such a great job. He is always fast and efficent. Bryan was on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do and checked on any other issues I had existing as well (wiper blades). I didn't think I'd be able to drive my car ever again - lol. But Bryan came to my house for an inspection, diagnosed the problem accurately and fixed it immediately the next appointment. Chris saved me a lot of heartache by performing a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle that was over 1,000 miles away from where I live. My serpentine belt shredded on the way home from shopping. I pulled into a plaza and called yourmechanic. They sent a mechanic (Adrian) and he arrived in a timely manner.
