Originally had a 12:30 appointment scheduled, but called around 11:15 to day he was running late which was greatly appreciated. He was able to rule a lot of major things out which is a relief, and was able to recommend some quick do it yourself things I can do in order to save some money. At no time did I feel pressured to get a service I didn't need, and he was able to break things down so even I could under stand them!
