Donald requested to reschedule twice before he could make It. But once he was there, he was on time, courteous, professional and showed me all the before and after work that he did. Take off one star because it was inconvenient for us to reschedule multiple times. Hopefully it was just a rare occurrence for him. We would hire him again.
