Tim was excellent. Your Mechanic was so/so. I had issues with the wrong price showing up in my account. Thankfully I noticed, and they fixed the problem before the appointment. Then they had the wrong part for Tim to install so he had to leave for about an hour to go get the correct part. He did everything in his power to get the job done quickly, correctly, and professionally. The rating is based on his work.
