chuck was on time, friendly, listened to me in detail to see what the issues were with car. A very thorough and detailed job overall. Chuck took the extra steps to explain any issues and options with car and in doing so I could tell he was a quality mechanic. Pricing was fair as advertised and there were no hiccups in that regard. Need more people like him.
