Choeun was very specific in his diagnosis. We had received several suggestions from Honda dealers in the past which were very vague and estimated to be very costly so we never had the issue taken care of; we just left the key in the ignition all the time so it would work (not a good choice). Choeun recommended a locksmith who could rebuild the locking cylinder and when that is complete he will come back and fix the other issues that need to be taken care of on the car. He is very personable and trustworthy.

My appointment was at 7:00 pm, I was afraid that he was going to cancel at last minute because it was a late afternoon on a weekend day but not He even was 1:30 hr early. 30 min after he was done. Wow! Carlos came to my house to install a altanator, talked to me about my Lexus what he was going to do. Carlos is very professional at his job,also on time.i was very very satisfied with his work.Car started right up... checked the charge on the battery to see if the alternator was doing it's Job,and working just fine..thanks to Carlos my mind was also at ease..great job..wish I could give him 10 Stars..
