Kevin showed up a little early which was perfectly fine. I got a text that he was on his way and a phone call once he was at my place. This was just an oil change and tire rotation so he was only there about an hour. I talked about some things I've been told in the past that needed attention and he gave me a straight forward answer. There was a preexisting problem with my oil pan that caused a leak but he helped me to get a reasonable quote to replace the whole pan. It was almost half what other places I called quoted me. I will be using this service as much as possible in the future!
