Ralph was extremely polite and helpful. I got a text message that he was on the way, and showed up a little early, even on July 4th! He changed my rear brakes quickly (on my Honda Civic 2007) and when he was done, he walked through my cars' health and each component, even giving me some tips to make the car run even better. He showed me my old brakes and showed the wear and tear. He showed me the wear on the serpentine belt and told me to expect it to need replacement in a 6-8 months. Definitely recommended!
