Jay arrived for the appointment ahead of time and to check the full diagnosis of the job I had requested (fit rear rotors and brake pads and left side caliper) he verified a few questions with me. He worked diligently and efficiently to complete the job and walked me through what had been done. Very helpful and polite throughout. Very pleased - a good job at a very fair price and without the "pressure sell" you get from the chain auto repair stores. I am a convert.
