I went on the site on Friday. I was scheduled for one mechanic but then Tomas was substituted. The notes I wrote didn't get to Tomas but he called me on Monday morning. I spoke to him after the inspection. The list of items is shorter than other mechanic services but he gave me some more details.

Hernan was early (I was running a bit late), and he stayed and waited for me to arrive. I showed him where the car was, and he told me to head inside and keep warm while he made the repairs. He finished a little ahead of schedule, so my final bill was a little lower. He talked me through everything, and we discussed some other repairs needed - while adding his own thoughts on whether they were worth it (the car has 150K miles on it!).
