Hernan was prompt and professional, thorough and pleasant! Gave a sound diagnosis and good suggestions! Great service!

Hernan was early (I was running a bit late), and he stayed and waited for me to arrive. I showed him where the car was, and he told me to head inside and keep warm while he made the repairs. He finished a little ahead of schedule, so my final bill was a little lower. He talked me through everything, and we discussed some other repairs needed - while adding his own thoughts on whether they were worth it (the car has 150K miles on it!). All in all, very easy, and I will look forward to using him again for my future needs. Thanks Hernan!

Hernan was great! Showed up early, had the job done super fast. Would recommended to everybody.

Hernan seems like a good individual, very nice to talk to. But, that aside, the work he did wasn't the best. The O2 sensors were generally done properly, so no real complaints there but the brake job wasn't the best. He just threw the pads on and that was it. It didn't take more than 12-24 hours for them to begin to squeak like no tomorrow. One of the shims was seemingly forcefully pushed in and began to scrape. To add to that squeaking, the pads were not installed with any kind of anti-squeal, so the squeaks are absurdly loud and now I'm forced to take it to another mechanic to have it fixed. While overall he seems pretty good, that one oversight is going to cost me a bit more to rectify.
