the night before my appointment, he texted to see if we could move it to an earlier spot. i had to decline coz i had to be at an appointment elsewhere and i wanted to be there at least before he finished. he arrived on time and started on my car, right where it was parked. when i arrived, i asked him if i could watch and he was ok with it. i had a bunch of questions and he was nice enough to answer them all. i thought he would decline so he could work with all his focus on the job but he let me stay and watch and learn. there was a moment when none of the tools he brought fit the oil filter bowl, the computer did not specify what size it was, so he had to do a quick run to autozone to get the right sized socket and he was back in a flash. i did however distract him enough to forget to check my tire pressure lol so that one is on me. i'd definitely recommend chris and his expertise and i'd book him again for my future car maintenance needs.
