Aaron found it wasn't the serpentine belt that was bad, but the bearings in the water pump went out. We scheduled him to return Monday and complete all the work. He also recommended some other work that I will have performed at a later date.

Great mechanic! Showed up on time, was very professional, quick, and definitely knowledgeable. Before using MyMechanic, I had spent hours upon hours trying to fix my daughter's vehicle myself.
