My experience with Clarissa from yourmechanic.com was phenomenal. She was professional, experienced, honest and informative. I couldn't be more satisfied. She moved my appointment up to an earlier date, and was on time and detailed oriented! She was efficient and effective and I am going to refer her to as many people as I can. I've never had such an easy going mechanical service by a mechanic so honest and upfront. She came to fix my alternator, but realized after her process of elimination...that it was something as minor as a defaulted battery. I absolutely love her . Overall 5 stars but reduced on to 4 stars as audio quality on report as almost inaudible. Otherwise the pre-purchase inspection report was very thorough and the pictures were super hi res and detailed. Overall, it gave me the information I needed to make a purchase decision on a vehicle from a distance, something I had never done before. The 84$ was well spent to get peace of mind and save thousands by internet shopping for a car. Risky still but this great report takes some of the risk out. Well done.

Yoel was good, but difficult to understand on his recorded notes. I would have liked to have a written report with more detail. YourMecahnic customer service was also good, but I had difficulty setting up the inspection with a third party.

on time went right to work trying to find the problem couldn't find it but eliminated a lot of what is not he saved time and money for not just buying parts for playing the guessing game and a good i for what the problem most likely is
