Javier was here when he said he would be. Was courteous, professional and provided me with all the information I needed to answer any questions I had. He also had taken some photos at my request and included them in the diagnosis and report. And was very thorough in giving me a scenarios to the problem I was having with the car, and that it should not have happened had the car been serviced properly in the first place.
