I had another mechanic come out on friday i was suppose to recieve an auto transmission flush and brake flush as well along with brake replacements front. Javier came out on sunday to do my back brakes ...to my suprise he was early very professional friendly and extremely quick. I explained to him the brakes were sticking that the other mechanic did. He was nice enough to take a look at them for me . He also advised that the services i paid for where not done and showed me . I was extremely upset that i called the company to complain to my surprise the rep i spoke with advised me that javier had already called to let them know of the issue to get it corrected. I was grateful of him doing that and the courtesy call he provided to me to follow up. Hes a very honest mechanic. I will more then likely book an appointment with him to do some more work on my car

He showed up on time, replaced the correct parts fairly quickly. He test drive it to make sure his repair was good. Most of all, he was very good at explaining his repair and was easy and fun to talk to. This was my first repair with YourMechanic and he definitely left a great first impression.
