I scheduled Juan to fix the front driver side CV axle, which was severely leaking grease, and he took care of it much sooner than I expected. I made an appointment with Juan to change out my power steering pump on my 2006 Acura TL and have no issues with the service at all. He showed up on time, very professional and easy to talk to, and skipped the technical jargon many mechanics use, so I clearly understood what was going on at all times. He replaced the P/S pump within an hour and even went over some of the issues he saw with my car that will need to be replaced soon, and he also showed me some parts that are on their last leg before needing to be replaced. Overall, great experience dealing with Juan and another good experience dealing with YourMechanic!
