Not only did he fix what he came for, he gave the most thorough examination and detailed explanations of everything else “wrong” with my car (which I knew was a lot but didn’t really know where to start). Well first off Charles showed up 30 minutes earlier than the appointment time which I appreciate he was very knowledgeable very courteous and had me up and running within 30 minutes literally nothing I have to say this is one of the best mechanic experiences I've ever had I would highly recommend Charles if you have any auto problems

Charles showed up early for the appointment, and it took him less than 30 minutes from the time he arrived to change a battery from a Chrysler 200, which requires removing the battery through the wheel well. It takes my Chrysler dealership longer than that and they charge a lot more. This is my first time using Your Mechanic, and it was a positive experience to have someone who could come to my apartment and change my battery when my dealership wouldn't, and none of the mechanics I called in the local area would make the trip to my apartment to help.
