Rigoberto installed the window regulator and when he came to investigate the window rattling in the door when it was part way or all the way down he knew the exact cause. He also recommended getting dealer part, not aftermarket because the quality of the part was the problem. I trust Rigoberto's opinion explicitly and am paying extra to have the dealer part installed to correct the problem

Rigoberto showed up early for the appointment, and was polite and cheerful. He looked over my car with me, and mentioned a couple minor issues. He finished the repair in about 20 minutes, and sent me a quote for the other repairs that I can deal with later. I'll be hiring him again soon for those!

Vlad was on site precisely at 1pm as scheduled. It was raining lightly and he was concerned that having the door open to work on would get the interior of the car quite wet. We were able to make enough room in the garage so that the car door could open completely for him to work out of the rain. He estimated 1.5 to 2 hours to complete the work and was right on schedule. Testing the work by driving over a bumpy road with the window part way down and not rattling in the door made me very happy. I was very pleased with Vlad's professionalism and skill at making the repair
