I booked Clarissa to come and diagnose my Jeep. She was right on time. I felt bad because my Jeep isn't drivable at the moment and is in a driveway. The day she came out it was actually raining. So she had to look at my truck in the rain. But she didn't complain, she wasn't upset st all. She just threw on a poncho and got to work. After she was done she explained to me what was wrong. She told me what needed to be done right this second and what could wait. And she explained it in a way I understood without making me feel incompetent. I am waiting for my estimate for three work that needs to be done. I am looking forward to her working on my Jeep.

Junard communicated well, did an amazing job and was extremely professional. He took the time to explain EVERYTHING to me, answered all my questions and made recommendations. I thought he would tell me I "needed" a million things because my Jeep is 10 years old, but upon his inspection my Jeep was in great shape and didn't need other service. I could not ask for more.
