Joe was knowledgeable in the task at hand but also gave council on what could go wrong if the switch was misconfigured. That was very insightful as I had not previously considered the possibility of the airbag needing to come out. Anyway Joe did his research on that and proceeded to change the switch without problems. I test drove the car and confirmed the cruise control to be working as desired.

Ronnie did a thorough job but was unable to completely resolve problem. Radio had to be disabled to avoid battery discharge. Seems battery installed by YourMechanic last year was not high quality. Should be able to support devices longer than 1 yr.
