Arrived nearly three hours late for my appointment, which precluded my ability to be there when work was nearly completed. My battery was dead, and for whatever reason the auto mechanic I had hired was not allowed to jumpstart my vehicle. So I had to jump the car the next day and finish the job which I had already paid for. Then I was sent an insane quote for $410 to have my battery replaced. It's a real bummer to not have a local mechanic when you own a VW, but holy sh*t this YourMechanic is awful. The ONLY positive is they come to you and service the vehicle that otherwise cannot be driven. God willing, I will never again need the service from this App. Brian was a nice enough guy, but no apology for the extreme tardiness and no offer to return and finish the work I paid for is the reason I felt compelled to leave a poor review.
