on time, had the replaced starter with him, all the tools needed, went right to work on my vehicle, no questions ask, knew what to do and was done replacing the new starter in 55 mintues, and checked all other issues I was having and will booked him on a later day for services and very clean and friendly. also shook my hand and introduce him prior to working which I forgot to mention in the beginning of this comment. Improperly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle. Stated that the road noise that I was hearing from my car was my tires. Turns out with a second opinion it is my differential. Also could not tell whether I had a four wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicle. Lastly he was late for the appointment.
