I saved a lot of money using Your Mechanic. I had played with the engine for months and could not get the car started. I would have had to have the car towed to a garage and then to have a bunch of parts replaced until they found the problem which was just wet plugs from the water leak that started the original problem.

Everything worked as planned except that John didn't have his own torque wrench and I couldn't find mine since I expected that to be part of any mechanic's toolbox...

I though My mechanic did an excellent job replacing my front brakes. He even took the time to show me what he was doing and how bad my old brakes were. He arrived on time and did the work quickly. I was very satisfied with his work and have already recommended your service to a few people.

John actually called the day before to let me know he had an opening, but didn't get the message til later since I missed the call. However he did arrive on time, actually early for our scheduled appointment. He was very professional! I also asked him while he was working if he could note any "issues" with the car for repair, and he said I'd get a detail report, which I did. It wasn't a lot, basic wear and tear stuff on a 2002 suv. I will definitely not only use this company again, but request John. This company's price for my repair was a lot less then the "other" shop I took it too for same exact work.
