Joshua found the source of the problem almost immediately upon doing his Preliminary Inspection ( it was NOT what I called him for). He showed up for the appointment we made for the repair and I was impressed by his professionalism. He had all his equipment and parts in order and did exactly what he promised in the time we allotted. He answered all my questions and I could tell he was very knowledgeable and was also conscientious about his methodology: he cleaned all the parts, he solved two more problems he noted as he worked, and when he was done, my truck was HAPPY and he didn't even leave a drop of oil on the ground, or a dirty fingerprint on the paint! Jason can do the work very quick. The knowledge he has as a mechanic is very insightful. It's good to know what cars use in their technologies and Jason will tell you what's happening. He cares about the service being worked on and I would recommend most customers to give him a call with YourMechanic. He noticed a crack in my reservoir when I bought a used car. I had some JB weld and he put on a couple coats after using a tool to find the damage. Nobody wants to run into an extra problem like that. So that's a real good guy. Thanks!
