Tony was excellent! He was so knowledgeable, thorough, and trustworthy, that the building manager (Mercedes owner) was impressed, stood around asking questions, saying how hard it is to get a good mechanic. Tony was very kind to my 8-year-old daughter. Nice guy. He was down to business, quickly and efficiently working, then we got to chat a bit. He did not waste time. I feel more empowered about my older BMW. He offered money-saving tips for how to fix things on my car slowly over a long period of time. He offered advice on what to tell AAA.
