I'm a woman and trust me, it's not easy finding a trustworthy mechanic that'll show you exactly what's wrong with your car and explain why things are happening to it and doesn't treat you like you don't know anything because you're a woman. Despite my fact that my car had died in a precarious spot and that it was not a cool and breezy day James had a great attitude throughout the process and worked tirelessly until my car was running again. I knew prior to this repair session that there were other issues with my car I'd still need to address down the road (very minor things) and I'm already planning to request James for those repairs as well.

Good mechanic but should be more thorough esp. with measuring the brake pads; the car had unexpected down time less than 5000 miles later due to front brake pads wore out.
